These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of OptinCord, operated by UnityXpert (“we”, “our”, “us”). By purchasing or using OptinCord, you agree to these Terms.

Support:

1. Service Description

OptinCord is a marketing and data collection tool designed to help Discord community owners collect first-party data from users with their consent. This includes email capture, user verification, newsletter opt-ins, and marketing insights. All primary data is stored in Google Sheets.

OptinCord is a tool, not a guarantee. We do not promise:

  • Growth results
  • Conversion rates
  • Revenue outcomes

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use OptinCord.

If a minor uses the service, we are not responsible for their activity or data.

3. Billing & Subscription

  • OptinCord is a recurring monthly subscription.
  • Price: $20 USD per month.
  • Billing is automatic and renews each month unless canceled.
  • Payments are processed through Stripe only.

Setup Fee:

  • A one-time setup fee of $297 USD applies.
  • The setup fee is separate from the subscription.
  • The setup fee is non-refundable.

4. Refund Policy

All payments are final.

There are no refunds under any circumstances for:

  • Monthly subscription payments
  • Setup fees

Once a payment is made, it cannot be reversed.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

  • Emailing: contact@unityxpert.com
  • Contacting us via our Discord support server

Cancellation stops future billing only. The current billing period is not refundable.

6. Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

  • Your access may be suspended
  • Your service may be terminated
  • We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by payment issues

7. User Responsibility

You are fully responsible for:

  • How you use collected data
  • Compliance with GDPR, email laws, and local regulations
  • Deleting data from any third-party platform you export it to

OptinCord only manages data stored in its primary storage (Google Sheets).

8. Data Deletion

Users may delete their data using:

/user-delete [ID] [Server Name]

This:

  • Deletes data instantly
  • Removes it permanently from our Google Sheets storage

If a server owner downloaded or exported data elsewhere, deletion from those systems is their responsibility. We are not responsible for third-party storage.

9. Third-Party Services

OptinCord is separate from:

  • Newsletter platforms
  • Email marketing tools
  • CRMs
  • Any external storage systems

We are not responsible for how third-party services handle data.

10. Disputes & Chargebacks

Before opening a chargeback, you agree to contact support.

Unauthorized disputes may result in immediate account termination.

11. Service Availability

OptinCord is provided “as is”.

We do not guarantee:

  • Uptime
  • Uninterrupted service
  • Error-free operation

12. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • You misuse user data
  • You abuse the system
  • You fail to pay
  • You attempt fraud or chargebacks

13. Limitation of Liability

UnityXpert and OptinCord are not liable for:

  • Lost revenue
  • Business damages
  • Data misuse
  • Legal consequences from your use of collected data
  • Third-party platform issues

Use of OptinCord is entirely at your own risk.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the United Kingdom.

By purchasing or using OptinCord, you confirm that:

  • You have read these Terms
  • You agree to them
  • You understand the billing rules
  • You accept our data handling practices
